Electronic Mass Casualty Assessment & Planning Scenarios: EMCAPS v2.0

CEPAR's research arm, the National Center for the Study of Preparedness and Catastrophic Event Response (PACER) has developed a web-based "app" version of its popular EMCAPS disaster planning tool.

The program is free after registering on the PACER Apps Suite web page to model disaster scenarios for drill planning and to use as an education resource.

EMCAPS allows users to estimate casualties arising from a number of disaster scenarios identified by the Department of Homeland Security.
